Serendipity
A spike through the moving average,
An unexpected ride in a horse drawn carriage.
You never know your good friends when you meet them first..
Life is just one serendipitous burst.

But pray tell me -
Does it qualify as serendipity..
When you step on something squishy..
And you look down with dread to see -
A Gulmohur fallen from a tree!

Then there’s this part where I'm finding rhyme..
When I least expect it and time after time!
Hmm.. lemmie see if I can up the tempo…
Nope.. Tough luck.
